MAHA moms are RFK’s useful idiots

The sinister reason Trump revived the presidential fitness test

RFK Jr. scares children

Despite the seriousness of RFK Jr.’s assault on public health, we had some fun filming this week’s video about the situation. My angle in: the return of the presidential fitness test. We expose how little this is about health and far more about Kennedy’s unscientific and shallow attachment to “wellness,” which is mostly about how you look.

Also, we have to talk about how, despite his judgement towards the looks of others, Kennedy looks like an old leather bag that’s about to fall apart. Which is probably why he keeps talking about how children refuse to look at him. So really, he needs to shut up already about how kids don’t please him aesthetically

Using “wellness” to take away health care

My guest this week is Amy Larocca of the New York Times, who wrote a book called “How to Be Well: Navigating Our Self-Care Epidemic, One Dubious Cure at a Time.” I loved to book and asked her to be on to talk about it. We got into how RFK is using this amorphous notion of “wellness” to undermine vaccine access, even though that objectively makes people healthier.
